He did in the comics, I wasn't sure if I should slightly alter what Damian's capable of for this incarnation or not so I tried to be a bit vague about things like designing the flying Batmobile and whether he was involved in Wayne International until I could figure it out but Traveler's other stuff mentions Damian at least trying to get involved in the company and presumably he was at least requisitioning parts through Lucius and/or consulting with him about the design (If he's not too completely egotistical to collaborate with anyone). At least since a kid asking for the kind of parts needed for a flying car design by himself might look weird even if it's Bruce Wayne's kid. Also I may have been joking. As far as Damian and Jason semi-secretly bonding over engines and stuff I could see it happening.

Also yeah, Damian would probably be the first to point out that both Lazarus Pits and super-science regenerative medical technology exist.
