OP Tier- The Masters, no contest.
Top Tier- Marduk(High), Nathan(Mid-High).
High Tier- Sairis, assumed to be the strongest in this tier and his own tier being only at the lowest end of top tier. 
Mid Tier(No order)- Sable, Chrome, Aiden.
Low Tier- NPCs, fodders

Harpy's one is hard to gauge, haven't gathered enough feats in combat,so I won't do for now.

To move onto the plot, who wants to blow up the first floor?
