XD I'm cool with either, but I so do not see Evelyn sharing a dorm with Disc.  That...is just asking for the apocalypse to start early XD. Lilly she might get along with since she sometimes talks to ghosts for company and maybe Saya.  XD I could see insult contests between her and Duatos, and....there's also the matter of Ilvya since...well she hates angels <.<
