Working on the biography for my character idea. What's the time period in which this story takes place? Or, more accurately, which events in the overall MtG storyline are most recent?

(I ask because I may include a mention of Tarkir, depending on how you want to handle the events of Fate Reforged. Time travel could quite easily throw a spanner in the works.)
