Angelo heard the part about having to resonate in front of the professor and he looked at Lorenzo and Maria both with worried looks on their faces and for the first time Angelo actually felt dread not wanting to go and show everyone that he cant resonate with his weapons, it wasn't that they couldn't resonate properly it was that Angelo had no idea what they could resonate into. a big sword with guns around it a gun that can shoot blades? Angelo had no idea and because of that he couldn't resonate, Angelo simply stayed asleep and thought to just skip the second half of class or just refuse to do so.
