Appearance: 
1st form: About 1 foot high and 1.5 long. A metal cat, appearing to be shoddily patched together at the limbs. The metal is a grayish blue color, and he has white markings around his eyes. His eyes are a faded glowing blue, and he sees full color in them. He has pointed ears that curve slightly forwards. He has a tail that can move at will, due to being made of a seperate metal painted to match. 
2nd form: About three feet high and resembling a child sign at a modern airport, he has ears that are more erect than before. Same color, eyes, and markings as before. Same tail, too. 
Personality: Childish and energetic. He actually thinks he is a cat, even though he doesn't act like one. He is a coward and gets scared easily. He is also a complete idiot.
Bio: 3.9.7 was the first working of his kind. (Prototype) He was made in a factory/lab far away from most. They were attempting to create a robot civilization, but gave up after...3.9.7. He was conscious while being worked on, and has about two functioning weeks. He was...disappointing. He functioned fine, but was not capable of any of the goals he was supposed to accomplish. 
Dorm: 9B 
Other things: He is equipped with various tools that come out of ports in his body on his arms. These include: a small welder, a flashlight, and a taser capable of putting out enough to stun for as long as applied. He refrains from using the latter.
Rage mode: What his manufacturers intended to be his standard form. Grows to about 4 feet, in 2nd form. He turns black with red eye markings. Various small weapons come out of his ports. These include a sword and some small machines that produce aimed electric shocks. He also has a small cannon that can blast a normal human about 20 feet. The cannon itself fires a shockwave that he can aim the primary direction of. 
Trigger: When he is enraged by someone or something.
