Kijani didn't know how long Connor had been near her. She'd been shoveling in pancakes without even tasting them, her mind spinning in circles about her plan, the plan she really didn't want to make. But if she was going to take her power back, she had to do it herself. She was going to protect the people she cared for, no matter what she had to do.

"Well first you have to get on it hold into the bars with your hands and move only your upper body so the spring can bring you up to work on your stomach,Oh and I forgot to rest your legs here" Nicholas said now in his monotone voice touching the leg rest of the machine.

Although he thought her stomach was magnificent and wished he could tell her other wise but a doubt in his head said that it could help her in crime fighting and he wanted to help her as much as he could.
