Allen crossed his arms, not bothering to read the note, and his stance still commanded attention. [b]"As I understand it, a weapon can only be wielded by certain miesters, correct? And they have to be especially close to Resonate as well. So my question is, how come I've seen Myth do both of those with people he's never met before? While it wasn't as good as when I resonate or fight with him, but they could do it."[/b] He looked over at Kalinda, expecting her to answer, before looking to Stein.
