Viper only has 2 DS. Harpy only has one.
Also Kim, request accepted. An arc villain or major one depending on how I see it fit. She can be in an arc.

As for now nope. I am not allowing DSs. We got fire and ice for viper. Light for Harpy. You can't be making a lone wolf right now either(Save it up for the villain you making).
