History: Born in the southern isles, Alexander is from the chaotic city of Erumai.  Magic in the southern isles differs greatly from elsewhere, being more of a science than an art form, but Erumai is a trade city, and all manner of beings find their way there.  Far from home he is mostly unknown, though tales of magic and demons surround him wherever he goes.
