Cedric was being forcibly seized, drafted and coerced as a kid; of course he would run away. When he 'got caught', he was beaten up and tasered repeatedly. Both of that was multiple levels of wrong.

Patriarch, I hate to say this, but Adam is fucking screwed up. He's basically contemptuous of people who just want to avoid becoming child soldiers/is proud of being put through military training as a kid.

And, before you ask, yes, I remember you saying that no, Adam wasn't a child soldier, he was someone who got put through a tougher version of military school by the Government. That...that's not how things go IRL. Military School is not the same as [i]being trained to kill people in the future[/i], so what Adam went through was not military school.
