So Vitae is basically what psionics is to magic... while still being magic in absolutely every way. You've just made magic that people can't stop with magic. I don't have a problem with this, beyond the weird oneupsmanship about it that basically makes it "Magic But Better".

Also, those listed powers are [i]phenomenally[/i] overpowered. Instant avoidance of attacks, instant stopping of enemy attacks just in case avoidance can't work, instant teleportation of something that can instantly kill someone right ONTO them, and instant killing of anything technological or organic. This is just a few steps beneath active reality warping.
