Yeah, exactly what [@Gisk] said. Before the game actually starts, the EM rolls all the players' power numbers and posts them on the scenario post (the first post in the OOC tab). I kinda screwed up with this game because I forgot that I needed to roll the power numbers [i]before[/i] I started the game in the IC tab, but it all worked out when I re-rolled and you had the highest number. :)
