Runo backed up a bit when Tanikazi approached, not really trusting him all that much anymore. All he did this time was just turn on the water flow, though, so he stopped for a moment to try to understand what had just happened. The thing at the top...just turned like that? It could even be done with one hand... 

As fascinated as he was, he still wasn't sure how safe it was to approach again. He'd had enough of being beaten up and intimidated that day, and he didn't much feel like getting hurt anymore.
