I'll start work on the OOC, and I will also clear up some things that some people may have gotten wrong thanks to my not explaining all that well. Sorry. :P 

All right, mages are scarce here, and only someone that has at the very least a basic grasp of how magic works, then you cannot cast anything, not even pretty little flames. Some may have misunderstood what was written in the CS cause I used the word 'people' instead of 'mages'. I'll fix that and add another part to the CS that I forgot about before, the gender xD 

Anyhow, people, I like the CS so far. :D

EDIT: Also, any good title ideas, guys? xD
