He is the antagonist because he is trying to make a revolution with too little resources, most people know in the kingdom it'd be suicidal to try and do something like what he is trying to do, getting the other three countries against them, but he is overconceited. Anyhow, I'm sure you'll see why and how he is an antagonist in the RP. ;P
