At Tanikazi's reaction, Runo turned around and nearly fell back in shock at the change in appearance of what seemed to be a completely new creature. That...what was it? It took him a moment to realize that it was speaking in a way that he could actually understand, but was also a relief to learn that it was still just another form of the creature from before and not something new and hostile. Still, he was pretty uneasy as it was and decided to stay as far away from the two new creatures as possible. The other one didn't like him, anyway. 

And yet, he couldn't help but be a little curious...perhaps he could observe from a distance.
