[@Marshall] I would say 2055, chaos is pretty quick. If we wanted to, we could currently make the world like that (-that type of mutant, or mutants in general) within a year. I think 40 years is enough to set up makeshift nations. Also I think a harsh winter in January 15 would be good :P
