The Harvester is currently an unbound spirit, so that answers your third question I suppose.

I recall that Ragnarok apparently had a manifested form, so it may be spirits can manifest without needing a summoner - perhaps either Vietmyke or Rton can help us there?

And I don't know if the GM is still accepting characters, but I do know that one poster who originally expressed interest and made the acceptance list never showed up. Which means we might have room for one more (can I get confirmation on that? I am referring to Themerlinhawk, whose character was Miss Fairweather.).
