tbf, Shock Master isn't even that insane next to some other things running around in today's game.  Its power supply isn't infinite and 2300 ATK is easy to overcome anyway, especially given you've just used up 3 Level 4 monsters to summon it.  It's good for one turn, but that's about it unless you specifically devote your deck to it.  But that's just 1AM UE's thoughts on the matter.
