World leaders gather in a secret location, unknown to all to watch and discuss the contents of the vampire tape. Only a recent discovery that they've been sharing the world along side the human race. An uneasy coexistence has existed between the two races but now, the children of the night are agitated down right pissed. They could easy assassinate the said leaders, but it would lead to more be more problematic. One of the ancients sent the tape directly its contents unknown but the world had mobilized a few short hours afterwards. 

All major cities had been walled of with concrete barriers. The public was baffled by such actions demanding answers chaos ensued and anarchy in towns such as New York, Dublin and Munich had lead to a civil collapse. The press and people were demanding answers on what was happening. Finally it was announced by the U.N. Scientists led by an anarchist group had developed the ultimate biological weapon. Scoffed at by most until a science video stolen from the labs had been broadcast world wide, though it was too late.

Around the world canisters deployed in various locations, killing those closest to the gas reanimating the dead to walking corpses. Secondary exposure caused comatose, rendering them unable to move and allowing more of the walking dead to form. Over a period of 48 hours an eighth of the globe had been infected. Humanity retreating into its strong holds, the vampires along with them since they were food. And once again to help combat the plague of the dead.(I will explain this in the OOC.) Both man and vampire has come to combat the threat of the dead, this time perhaps ending all life once and for all.

Note on Vampires:
Yes, they're considered beautiful. It's how prey is attracted but when it comes to feeding, all the teeth turn to jagged razors and an unhingable jaw; looking like a monster. Over the centuries, they've developed a resistance to silver and garlic. It no longer kills them but severely hinders them, taking a full day to heal the rotting skin of the body. But Sunlight are the death of them. They can be infected by zombies, the wounds have to be fatal to turn them.

Note on Zombies:
Zombies are the typical. Though some mutations have caused larger stronger zombies, typically heavier weapons are needed to take down these bubbling green monstrosities. The rare cases that vampires have been turned only one word could be said... run.
