XD I think it would be hilarious if she went after some of the trap characters, and allurement isn't really dependent upon the gender of her victims.  It mostly has to do with the subconscious of the person in general.  So yes, if she were to use it on Penn, it may effect him the same as it would a girl indefinitely.
