Conna'Cel found nothing from his scans at first, but then a new entity appeared out of nowhere. Conna'Cel recognized this new entity as Marianne, someone he had encountered earlier, and he never forgot a face. 

Not lowering his minigun arm, his threat level for her was..... fluctuating, and wildly too. That rarely happened. As a result, Conna'Cel could not take action. Marianne's next words only served to confuse Conna'Cel and cause the threat level to fluctuate even more wildly, never quite reaching 100%, but never quite reaching 0% either. Marianne was truly an oddity.

"Explain yourself, Marianne," Conna'Cel ordered. "What are your intentions? For what purpose is the child meant to die?" He was not about to retreat until he was satisfied with the answers.
