Also, he doesn't just make people run around the gym. He has organized exercises, all of them involving the dreadful "OKAY-THIS-IS-THE-LAST-ONE-EXCEPT-IT'S-ACTUALLY-NOT" tactic. If certain people have no problems with running for hours, Shezmu will place 50-pound weights around their shoes until they start to show signs of exhaustion. If they can't get exhausted by that, he'll just tell them to hold a barbell and do a one-way marathon at the track field.
