I don't have to approve of characters. If people want to fight a character then they can. If people don't approve of him then he won't be able to get any battles unless the person changes the character so that people will want to fight them.

A new alliance: Neoasia. That has a lot of asian people and androids. It's modeled after Japanese culture specifically but other countries are allowed in, this being a new country and all. They are just as powerful as the other groups mentioned in the first post.

Anyone want to fight my characters? I could also have another character come in.

I honestly haven't read the battle during my working days but I'll read it today. In the event that a battle is finished with all playable characters in that battle, it's up to the people in that battle to decide the outcome of it as a whole. For example, if the animal kingdom was forced to retreat, successfully repelled the Empire, etc. It doesn't always depend on which character won the battle but that might be a good in general way of deciding unless it doesn't make sense.
