Runo continued staring at the hybrid girl, thinking about how confused she looked; perhaps as confused as he had felt since waking up here, even. Based on what she had said, she was about as out of the loop as the rest of them were, so perhaps that wasn't too far off after all. [i]Alone...[/i] That was something that he had always hated being. In a way, maybe this was like losing her pod. He knew how devastated he would be if that happened, and it saddened him to think of someone else going through such a thing. 

Placing the container he held back on the ground, he rose to his feet and moved to place a hand on Eve's shoulder, giving what he hoped would read as a somewhat reassuring smile. Even if she didn't know what was going on either, at least she didn't have to be alone in it. Besides, there had to be other ways of figuring out information about this place. 

So, the next thing was to find someone or something that did know what was going on, wasn't it? He looked toward the door again, wondering what exactly they should search for.
