A bestiary would be really useful!

Could I ask a couple of quick question Maxx? Just got my background section to complete for my CS and could just do with picking your brain on one or two things to complete it: 

The intro implies that Haderlock is only c.60 years old, is that correct? If so (since my character is just over 200), Rûyk would have lived much of his life in Talbour (?) - could he have been one of the originals who fled, or was there a second wave of those who left to found Haderlock? Also, my character is supposed to be an experienced solder; I can make up some campaigns etc, but what kind of conflicts would the Nordavind have been involved in? Are there non-knight based military arms in Talbour he could have been a part of?
