Guild Emblem : Luka's Fairy Tail Guild emblem is located on her back just underneath her neck and is blue like the blue of her outfit. 

[b]Personality[/b] : Happy, cheerful, moody, angry, vindictive, depressed, shy, reticent, all of these different emotional states can be seen within the space of an hour if you observe Luka for long enough, though the exact cause is not entirely certain. However one thing that is certain is that her magic is keenly linked to her emotional state, as is her ability to manipulate it. When her mood is up she shows a good level of control with a respectable but overall low level of power. Which is good, it stops people getting hurt. When her mood changes things get a little more...tricky.

When her mood becomes aggressively heightened through emotions such as anger, rage, jealousy will often result in a shift in her magic nature. Her power heightens as her control is inversely weakened. Not a bad deal right? No! It can very bad! When she becomes angry she loses the ability to cooperate with her team-mates and is capable of rather impressive collateral damage output, if that kind of thing can be called impressive. Outside of battle she is still prone to the occasional emotionally induced electrical discharges, however there is a convenience to their targets that make people wonder just how 'uncontrolled' and 'accidental' they really are.

[i]Lightning Cage[/i] – Luka creates a spherical shield composed of lightning rings that encircles the user both vertically and horizontally in a series of bands, like lines of latitude and longitude on a globe that rapidly oscillate around her. The cage itself is a solid but short lived defence. The lightning cage will lose its cohesion within moments of being formed, revealing its secondary function. The cage expands outwards in all directions simultaneously, making it dangerous to opponents who are too close to the point of origin. The spaces between the lightning bands increase with distance, making it easier to evade.
[i]Discharge[/i] – Luka puts her index and middle fingers together on both hands and crosses them over, like a cross-hair on a gun sight. This causes a concentrated lightning bolt to be fired at her target. The attack has low overall damage potential but is highly penetrating and hard to dodge when too close. Good at breaking barriers down when used repeatedly.
[i]Electrocution[/i] – Exactly what it sounds like, don't let her grab hold of you. Not good for anyone's health.

[b]Weapon[/b] – Lightning Rod (pictured above) is a focusing weapon that she uses to direct Thunder Bullets more accurately. Makes for a poor melee weapon but is half decent for blocking with if need be. 

[b]Biography[/b] : Luka was brought to Fairy Tail several years ago after she started experiencing uncontrolled magical discharges, the timing coinciding with the start of puberty and all the raging hormones that are associated with it. With a less aggressive form of magic it might not have been such an issue, but with Lightning Magic there was a real danger involved to all concerned. Her parents were not mages themselves nor was anyone in her extended family. It was initially thought that perhaps that that might have had something to do with it. But regardless nobody knew quite exactly how to deal with her...outbursts. 

This remained the case until a mage from the guild Fairy Tail heard about the girl and offered the help of the guild. The family told how they could ill afford for such tutelage from such famous and experienced mages. The guild mage had laughed that off, explaining that if they were really that worried about it the girl could earn her own keep while she was examined and trained. And that she did, for the most part, if additional expenses for collateral damage to guild property and none related structures are not taken into account. Any normal guild would have disowned her by now, but this is Fairy Tail after all and they have seen far worse in that regard.

 - Luka loves thunderstorms and though it can not be proved she is often suspected of being their cause, especially when she is annoyed with someone and her staff is nowhere in sight.
 - Her alias is Livewire. It was not her idea. She did not consent and would like to find out who started calling her that first![/hider]
