Someone mentioned earlier Melina is running at max power, that's technichally wrong.

She's running at [b][u][i]OVER MAX POWER![/i][/u][/b]

Basically, she has more energy than she can contain, and is letting it out slowly but steadily, but as for now, she can use Blood Queen at will, as well as a number of other tricks up her ars...enal
