At this point, it's likely around 2100. This RP and the MWG one run in parallel, so while the humans were having fun with the Mercury and Soyuz, the Abh were colonizing their second star system. Technically, the Abh can control time travel, but going back in time is a fucking terrible idea according to their science, so nobody ever does it. The human expansion in the MWG is thanks to rampant cloning (Not QUITE cloning mind you) without any thought given to the idea that maybe having a species of clones is a bad idea.

Remember, this is sci-fi, so literally anything you do with your nation's backstory is justified.
