That is to say, an OP nation of Draconians. That's pretty much your app, except not as long and less varied.

Draconians have the average height of an abnormally tall human (meaning 6' to 7'), and are stronger and more powerful. However, I never went so far as to say that a sword would break on their scale, or that a bullet would ricochet off of it- that's seriously overpowered. That's something that humans can't do even with today's armored suits- simply block one or two and then die.
