So I was thinking, and I realized that being able to manipulate the speed and mass of an object is too vague. 

But that does not matter right now, what does it that in my collab, I slowed down the molecules in the air around my opponent, would that encase him in ice and crystal and trap him? Is that possible? Is that op?
