I spammed the living sh-t out of CTRL + F and looked through the CS, and here's what I found:

+ I couldn't find the word "councilor" anywhere. He only has a naturally heightened understanding of emotions, but nothing related to Memory Manipulation. (i think chuks meant "similar by personality", tho, so this isn't an issue)

+ Christoph is a teacher that teaches how to Nothing.

+ He's Cooking Mama's archnemesis.

+ He's a Tutorial Guy who can repeat the same dialogue over and over again if you click on him.

Okay, that was basically an exaggerated version of what I actually saw, but you get the picture.
