the site once they are done. To clean up the fine powder and preserve the
Secrecy Statute (which you agreed to on page 143), you will need to file
a Cleanup Request with the Secrecy Preservation Erasure Crew (SPEC) to
ensure that the area is cleaned properly and thoroughly so no suspicion
arises. See page 309 for detailed instructions for obtaining and filling
out the Cleanup Request form.

If there is an emergency that is not life-threatening, then you will need to
contact the HR Department and fill out a Non-Life-Threatening Emergency
Report form reporting the emergency. It may take up to 24 hours before
