Fire Emblem Awakening is fantastic. Bravely Default is the best jrpg Square has made in years. Legend of Zelda a Link Between Worlds is super fun. Ocarina of Time 3D is great. Any of the Pokémon games on that system are good. Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright is great if you like that kind of thing.

That's all I can think of considering its my entire collection of 3DS games.
