i bought a ds3 of a friend of mine but i am not really up to date on the new games. any suggestions?
Fire Emblem Awakening is fantastic. Bravely Default is the best jrpg Square has made in years. Legend of Zelda a Link Between Worlds is super fun. Ocarina of Time 3D is great. Any of the Pokémon games on that system are good. Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright is great if you like that kind of thing. That's all I can think of considering its my entire collection of 3DS games.
BUT SMASH BROS GET SMASH BROS SETTLE IT IN SMASH But ye, Awakening and the other titles you mentioned were, indeed, good. Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright is actually more of like a visual novel mixed with puzzle elements, so that one is surprisingly interesting to look into (also one of the darkest games Wright appeared in so far, despite it having its bright moments). [@Rusalka]: Also, I know that Sakurai made a deal with Kojima to add in Snake into Smash Bros Melee because they are EXTREMELY friendly and well-acquainted to one another. Snake didn't come out in Melee because of the packed roster, hardware limitations, and not enough time to be implemented. So when Brawl came out, Sakurai promised Kojima to add Snake in no matter what. (Both of them parodied each other at some points in their own Directs) Megaman and Pacman were added in Smash Bros 3DS/Wii U because of insane amount of fans wanted them in. Nintendo doesn't just add third-party characters mindlessly, and honestly, them listening to fan demands ultimately gave Nintendo a better image than before. (Sakurai injured himself while making the latest installment of Smash, so I'll give him massive props for working on it 24/7 for one entire year. I probably can't do that sh-t when I'm forty, yet he did)
