there are also shopping streets where people can come across each other without IC planning
seeing the chars might not all know each other and/ or are dressed for free time, example volray has his own clothes and is so new he only knows the ones he met IC by now, which were mostly NPC's I think
during his looking at shops some others can meet him without knowing they both are part of the crew
