[b]"Jamie, I have an Idea."[/b] She'd take a couple jogging steps, and motions to the princess that the conversation is not for her ears, at least not yet. [b]"I think we should start sending her on jobs, this fight could easily last well more than a year. She needs to know as much about her people as possible. We'd have to hide her identity of course, and never let her go on a job alone, but I think it'd be a great experience for her."[/b] She crossed her arms, glancing at the Princess, before looking Edolas-Jamie in the eyes.

[h1]Earthland[/h1][h3]Mayt --- Council Building Halls[/h3] Mayt let out a sigh of relief as he jogged up to Penny, stopping and grunting slightly. [b]"Any sign of anyone? From wat I can see, not so much..."[/b] He coughed a bit, and put a hand on her shoulder, leaning on her gently. [b]"Karn'll try to keep Melina out of the building if she's already out, without violence, I was specific on that. I did underestimate how injured he was, but I hope he can manage."[/b] He stopped leaning on Penny and brushed himself off. [b]"Let's go find whatever that weird energy then, since with our luck that's precisely where the people we're looking for are."[/b]

[h3]Melina --- Outside Council Building[/h3] Melina chuckled at the injured boy. [b]"You mean he sent you to keep me out of the building so I don't cause trouble. I understand, I wouldn't want Phoenix Wing jumping in while I'm trying to do something."[/b] She smiled, and gently put an arm around Karn, being more friendly than she normally was, having already seen and heard of his naivete, and figured being nice to him would probably give her an advantage over him at some point. [b]"But I'll stay out here, makes things easier in the long run... Karn, would you like a ride back to Phoenix Wing? Or would you just prefer to go back with them? I'm heading over to their guild hall anyway, I figure Mithera likes you enough we might as well take you along with."[/b]
