No, I'm fine with people working to support the antagonists on the hero's side but the Major enemy is something I plan to do.

As of right now no. That may change but no one really oppose's them directly, Demons simply attempt to make contracts then flee. Monstrous creatures and the occasional demon do tend to attack but only occasionally and never organized.
