Phoebe watched Katherin work,trying to figure out what she was doing. She imagined that whatever it was, they would still be cold, and could curse whoe er had set the fire alarms off, set the water on them.she hugged herself to try and maintain some warmth, beginning to shiver violently, her fwce red with the cold wind slapping against the water plastering her hair to her head.
