Maybe. I can't really approve a concept until I see a sheet, but I have no issues with what's been described here; Lymaeus gave birth to such things, at any rate, by drawing on herself. Without Ventu siring them, she weakened herself doing it and some of them were unsightly and monstrous to Ventu.
