It's due to magi being punks with their secrets. Hence why Milokis is protected by a magical barrier. Still, everyone has a latent potential for magic. 

Anyhow, I'll get a post up and maybe timeskip later today. (Probably, really late today) If anyone thinks we should hold on with the timeskip, though, feel free to raise your concern.
