just so you guys know, the killer would be a pretty well known name in the underworld and with it pretty big in the cops book and a lot of rumors would exist about him.
so there is a lot to hear about him (though not all is true, exaggeration and rumors and all)
so it could be fun to hear that stuff out IC
plus in IC no one knows that the killer is gone already (which is btw on purpose as I dont want him to be caught)
