Vincent took in all the information and nodded. "I see. A place without magic...that is strange indeed. I suppose that also means anyone who enters Edolas will be unable to use their magic as well. I can see why that would be a problem." 

As he thought to himself, he looked at Damian and Jamie, hearing the mention of a book. Things were just getting more and more complicated it would seem.
