Hal walked back onto the porch with a traveler bag and leaned against the wall. "Yes. The woman thought about calling Child Services on Mom and Dad, making Alice a teensy bit angry so she made the woman's mind go poof, most likely breaking it in the progress." Hal explained, nodding his head at the suggestion of having Alice control her powers. "Maybe we could try such after a visit into the city? I hear they have some exciting new books on display at the Bookstore in the Mall." He asked, moving off the porch onto the lawn staring at David for a second.
