Trust me when I say this- you'll LOVE Railgun's Daihaseisai arc. It takes place right after Magic Side Daihaseisai (aka those Croce de Pietro shenanigans) and develops Misaki a bit more as a character alongside Misaka.

You also get an explanation as to why Touma got roped into dancing with Misaka at the very end of the festival :D
