I did like Index's Daihaseisai Festival Arc, and I've heard good things about Railgun's.

... I once played Mikoto a while back, actually. It was pretty fun, especially having her perform her patented vending machine kick. I was also planning on using Index as part of a subplot I worked out with the GM. ^^;
