Evelin took his hand in hers; giving it a short and friendly shake before pulling away. Her eyes had noted the swirl of ink etched into his skin, the symbols catching her gaze for a brief moment. There were a few she recognized yet some that were completely foreign to her. The woman looked away quickly though, trying not to seem rude for staring at the intricate design around her savior’s wrist. Her gaze instead focused on the doorway he had gestured her towards. Evelin nodded, smiling faintly at Samuel before beginning to walk in that direction. The young woman crossed the threshold, stopping at the stairs for a moment to assure herself that Samuel was indeed following. Then, completely unburdened by the low lighting she made her way up the steps and past the beautiful tapestry. At first she blinked in the darkness, pausing just inside the room, but a gasp left her lips when light filled the space. This had been nothing Evelin had expected. Instead her gaze was met with an almost exotic apartment, though simple in most nature. Sea-foam colored eyes shift around the room, taking in each piece of furniture as she had the artifacts in the room below. She was so lost in her surroundings she almost forgot her savior was in the room… until he spoke once again. Evelin almost jumped, turning to face Samuel quickly with a smile. “I think I should probably try to remove those stains first… before they set.” She replies. Sure she wanted to sit down but she truly wanted to help him somehow… and if that blood was left alone too much longer it would be almost impossible to remove completely. She’d also have to find some white thread, but that could wait… so could her questions.
