Users can absorb electricity and utilize it in some way, such as enhancing their speed, converting the electrical energy into some other form of energy, using it to regenerate themselves, or as electrical ammo for their powers.

User can transport themselves by electricity, by lightning or electronics. This is achieved by either riding the flow of electrons or becoming electricity itself for travel. If the user is strong enough and/or skilled enough in this art of transportation, then they can also transport by the electrons in the air, static discharges and electrical components.

User is able to create and control a dark mystical form of electricity, which, due to it's mystic nature and properties, ignores the limitations and weaknesses of normal lightning. [b]Skills:[/b] He is ambidextrous and has great hand eye coordination. Bolt is also quite skilled in hand to hand and weapon fighting.

[b]Brief History:[/b] Warren is a confident young man, he knows when to speak and when to remain quiet. This was because of growing up with an abusive military father. He manifested his powers upon reaching puberty and immediately took an interest in honing his skills. It didn't take long for his father to find his long hours in his room suspicious, bursting in one day while he was practicing. Warren fried his heart without hesitating. Chalked it up to a heart attack. His mother was so stricken with grief that she kicked Warren out on the streets where he took his lonely lifestyle and thrived on his own, forging a name for himself as a merecenary in the many years to follow.
