Kijani walked the campus in a haze, barely aware of her surroundings, but only knowing that she needed to get to her room. There was so much to do. She needed to pack her things, she needed to make some calls and send some emails. So much to do, to make everything right. She got to her room and started to put things away. Books were boxed, clothes folded and stored. She made calls to a few stores, lucky that she'd opted to keep that handy little delivery drone in her payment schedule. It seemed to take forever, but then, it could have taken mere minutes. By the time Kijani was done, her room was spotlessly clean, and her sheets stripped from the bed. When everything was set and perfect, so that whoever came next could take this room without incident, Kijani sat at her computer and began to write.
